What if I told you that you don't need to go far to give your children a real breath of fresh air? I spent a weekend with my nephew and niece in the tiny house Mainteloup. It's a Parcel Tiny House installed at a farmer in Bretoncelles, in the Perche Normande region, only 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris. The concept is simple: small wooden houses placed in the heart of real farms, for reconnecting with nature without sacrificing comfort.
How to get there
We drove there from Paris, and it's definitely the easiest way: it takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The place is in the countryside, on a farmer's property, so a car is essential; there's no train station nearby and no convenient public transport links to the farm.
